After numerous requests to begin blogging about the insane idiocy that surrounds my job as a property manager, I have caved. I promise to share any and all ridiculous things that my tenants do. When I can provide a picture that doesn't give away who did the damage, I will!
We lease to primarily college aged tenants. And I am pretty sure that the college is not for smart people anymore. And the parents of college children are high level enablers, bank rolling their idiocy. Wait for it....
